About Me

Hello! This is Saidur Rahman. I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at SWAT Lab, Polytechnique Montreal where I am advised by Prof. Foutse Khomh, and was co-supervised earlier by Prof. Yann-Gaël Guéhéneuc. I received my PhD in Software Engineering from University of Saskatchewan in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. Chanchal Roy. My research interests include Machine Learning, Code Smells, Software Engineering for Machine Learning, Change Impact Analysis, and Mining Software Repositories.

Currently, I am working as a Postdoctoral Research Intern at SAP Labs, Montreal. My current research is focused on the development of techniques and tools for automated feature engineering for machine learning application development.
